

We built the community amenity center for Encanto/Trilogy, a 84-unit build-to-rent development in Avondale, AZ. The 1,626/SF facility anchors the property with a resort-style pool, fitness center, resident lounge, and outdoor kitchen—designed as the social heart of the community.
The challenge: Construction ran concurrently with active site utilities and grading work across the development. We coordinated foundation placement around ongoing underground infrastructure installation, adjusted material deliveries to avoid blocking access roads for other trades, and maintained the schedule despite weather delays that extended earthwork timelines.
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality amenity spaces within compressed timelines and active construction environments—critical for build-to-rent(BTR) communities where amenities drive lease-up velocity.
We’re building a one-acre amenity Building & Pool area at La Privada, a master-planned community developed by Scott Communities and Ashton Woods in North Scottsdale, AZ. Sales launch second half of 2026.
The centrepiece: An open-air clubhouse with a standing-seam metal roof, designed around a central courtyard with integrated trellis shading. The architecture blends block, stucco, and board-and-batten siding for a refined, contemporary aesthetic that complements the surrounding hill country.
The amenity area sits within a seven-acre master park that includes tot lots, pickleball courts, walking trails, and open lawn. Our scope includes coordinating construction alongside ongoing land development across the 300+ acre site—sequencing utility tie-ins, managing access through active grading areas, and protecting finished work during adjacent phases.
Project status: Amenity building framing complete, pool excavation underway, anticipated completion Q2 2026.
